About the teacher: Larry
Ward has 30 years of service as a Christian minister and was ordained after 10 years of deep association by Thich
Nhat Hanh (Thay) as a Dharma Teacher in 2001. He has lived and worked globally in social development, executive consulting,
coaching and teaching. Larry was recently asked by Thich Nhat Hanh to offer a closing talk at the UNESO Vesak Conference in
Vietnam. He serves on the Board of the Unified Buddhist Church. He is a doctoral student in Buddhism at the University of
The West. He is passionate about teaching and learning tai ji, golf, animals, and authoring books.
